Garden Open To Public

Serenity is ... this cozy corner of Marcia Marsted's property on Indian Hill Road. Photos: dotCANTON.com

For the second time this year, Canton resident Marcia Marsted is preparing to open her “Garden of Whimsy” to the public as part of The Garden Conservancy’s annual Open Days program.

Visitors are welcome to stop by this Sunday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., exactly three months after heavy rain forced the cancellation of her original date.

Admission is $5 per person (the money goes to the Open Days program), with children 12 and under admitted free.

Marsted’s garden is located at 125 Indian Hill Road, at the corner of Spaulding Road.
