A new sign went up at Char Koon 1800 Monday, July 12, and owner-manager Lilly Zhao says the new Asian Fusion restaurant at 144 Albany Turnpike (Route 44) is close to opening. Zhao said she is awaiting receipt of the restaurant's certificate of occupancy.
